The people who make the place

It is no secret that the San Pietro’s strength is its staff. In all our guest surveys there is one consistent thread that repeats itself over and over. Without fail, nearly all speak with the highest praise for the San Pietro staff, for their professional yet personal approach to their jobs, their smiles, their sense of humour and their attention to every small detail that ensures our guests have a magical, comfortable and unforgettable stay. There is little doubt that our personnel are the heart and soul of the San Pietro. Many starting out at ISP when they were young have grown together with the hotel over decades.

But so rarely do the staff speak for themselves, we decided to turn the mic over to them, to find out what their relationship is with the San Pietro. We went around to the different departments, asking a simple question. “What is the San Pietro to you?”
