No. Il San Pietro di Positano does not host large-scale events or large receptions. The hotel’s philosophy is centered on exclusive, elegant, and intimate experiences that allow for the highest quality standards and highly personalized service.

Yes. All events must be agreed upon and approved in advance by the Operations Director to assess feasibility, ensure service excellence, and guarantee proper use of the hotel’s spaces.

Yes. Il San Pietro di Positano offers the possibility of organizing symbolic ceremonies, exclusively by reservation and subject to a fee. These ceremonies have no civil or religious validity and are organized in accordance with the hotel’s operational guidelines.

Yes. Buy-outs may be considered subject to availability and generally require booking well in advance. Each request is carefully evaluated by Management based on the period and hotel operations.

In some cases, yes. A hotel stay may be required as a condition for using the event services, in order to ensure optimal organization and an experience consistent with Il San Pietro di Positano’s standards.

Each event is tailor-made in accordance with the hotel’s guidelines and style. Customizations regarding menus, décor, and musical entertainment are possible and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by Management.

The ideal period coincides with the hotel’s opening season. In particular, events with a limited number of guests can be organized between April and October. Larger events are considered exclusively at the end of May, within the first half of June, and in September.

A confirmation deposit equal to one night (excluding taxes) is required at the time of booking.
– For cancellations or modifications made more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded.
– From 29 to 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
– For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, no-shows, or early departures, the full stay amount is charged and is non-refundable and non-reusable.

The hotel accepts major international credit cards. Upon confirmation, a summary email containing a secure link for the deposit payment is sent.
